alllog: mine your chat history for résumé material

Everything you ever did inside four AI assistants, dug back up, grouped by project, filtered down to what belongs on a résumé.
One-line analogy: worklog is a note-taker for this week; alllog is archiving the whole filing cabinet. It goes through your entire history with Claude Code / Codex / ZCode / MiniMax Code, clusters it by project, extracts "what was done, with what tech, with what result", shows a numbered checklist for you to tick, and finally rolls it all into a per-project résumé material library.

How it differs from worklog

📅

worklog

Looks at this week only, written for your manager. One log per Monday.

🗄

alllog

Looks at all history, for your future résumé-writing self. Accumulates daily, never cleaned up.

One red line: manual wake-up only

The words "material library" or "résumé" in ordinary conversation never trigger alllog. You must type /alllog explicitly.

Why? Because it sweeps your whole session history (potentially thousands of sessions) — heavy work that must never fire from a passing remark.

How to use it

/alllog
全量梳理 — "mine everything" (résumé material)
接着上次挖 — "keep going from last time" (resume from the last stop point — the most common mode)

The full mining flow

① Pick range: all / resume / last 30 days / customasks, then stops for your answer ② Four-source scan (fixed scripts)CC · Codex index · ZCode SQLite · MiniMax ③ More than 50 sessions? Cluster projects firstlists project menu, asks "which ones?" → stops ④ Deep-read the picked ones, draft numbered candidateswith a four-source coverage receipt (what was mined / missed) ⑤ "Which rows?" → stopsyou name 1 and 3, only 1 and 3 get written Appends to 日志/ journal (append-only)

The coverage receipt: no silent slacking

Every candidate list must come with a four-source statistics table — a rule born from a real incident: the AI once mined only one source, silently dropped the other two, and the user had to ask "is this really all of it?" to expose it.

SourceScannedIncludedExcluded (reasoned)
CC12086empty shells 14 / out of range 20
Codex00true void in this period (must say so!)
ZCode3125out of range 6
MiniMax Code129pure injections 3

A zero must state whether it is a true void (user really didn't use it then) or a method failure — silent shrinking is forbidden.

Where material lives, and how it becomes a library

$ALLLOG_DATA_ROOT/素材/ ← data root: env var, defaults to ~/alllog ├── 日志/2026-09-29.md ← journal: the only source of truth, append-only └── 整理/2026-09-29.md ← digest snapshot (regenerated per day), read when making a résumé
素材库 — "build the material library"

It reads the whole journal, groups by [project], five sections per project: background / tech stack / highlights / results / source entries. Missing numbers are marked 待补充 ("to be filled") — invented metrics are forbidden.
